**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Coordination**
- Plan and oversee live and upcoming projects.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Maintain project documentation and status reports.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

**Logistics Management**
- Coordinate logistics with internal delivery teams and external haulers.
- Manage inventory and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and risk management protocols.
- Production Scheduling
- Create and maintain detailed production schedules.
- Allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and delays.
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams.

**Communication & Collaboration**
- Act as the main point of contact for project updates.
- Lead regular check-ins and production meetings.
- Keep stakeholders informed of changes and risks.
- Administrative Support
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Maintain shared tools, calendars, and databases.
- Prepare post-project reports and evaluations.
