Project & Production Coordinator

As **Project & Production Coordinator**, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of live and upcoming projects. You’ll manage logistics, timelines, and production schedules, acting as the central point of communication between internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Project Coordination**
- Plan and oversee live and upcoming projects.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Maintain project documentation and status reports.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
**Logistics Management**
- Coordinate logistics with internal delivery teams and external haulers.
- Manage inventory and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and risk management protocols.
- Production Scheduling
- Create and maintain detailed production schedules.
- Allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and delays.
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams.
**Communication & Collaboration**
- Act as the main point of contact for project updates.
- Lead regular check-ins and production meetings.
- Keep stakeholders informed of changes and risks.
- Administrative Support
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Maintain shared tools, calendars, and databases.
- Prepare post-project reports and evaluations.
