Due to company growth and demand, creator of made-to-measure wallpaper murals, Wallsauce is looking for an organised individual who will be responsible for developing and delivering its international influencer marketing strategy.

As an interiors-based company, we’re looking for someone who knows the differences between Mrs Hinch to Justine Blakeney. We’re a small, friendly team, and although you will be working closely with the senior management team, you will be expected to manage your workload effectively and meet goals while staying within budgets.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver Wallsauce’s international influencer strategy alongside senior management
- End-to-end management of influencer projects. From identifying and negotiating with influencers, to placing orders for gifted products and ensuring they complete the work to the agreed standard
- Maintain outreach trackers to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
- Manage influencers to deliver brand awareness, website traffic and sale
- Ensuring budgets aren’t exceeded
- Competitor analysis of their influencer strategies
- Produce reports on the development of influencer marketing with recommendations for growth
- Keeping up to date with legal and ethical guidelines surrounding influencer marketing

**Essential skills and experience**:

- Confident communication skills
- Solid, up-to-date knowledge of all key influencer social platforms
- At least two years' experience in influencer marketing - ideally the interiors/lifestyle sector
- Proven organisational skills
- Strong negotiating skills
- In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing trends and best practices
- A drive to work towards goals
- An eye for detail

**Additional details**:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm, with one allocated day a week to work from home.

Location - Great Harwood

Annual leave is 25 days + bank holidays (pro-rata)

**Salary**: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
