Sales Coordinator

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks.
- Liaise with clients to provide information regarding products, services, and order status.
- Support the sales team by managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and report generation.
**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
- A basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management is beneficial.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
