Avensys are one of the UK’s leading Bio-Medical Engineering companies, supplying and maintaining medical equipment as well as providing training to the nations (and in some cases beyond) Bio-Medical Engineers. **ABOUT YOU**

Whilst Avensys is a professional company, we’re also friendly and personable. We’re looking for someone who embodies our values and can communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike. To be successful in this role, you must be organised, have the ability to manage multiple customer tasks, and complete your administrative tasks on time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word. Excel & PowerPoint) would be beneficial.

Previous experience in an administration or coordinator role would be beneficial. Above all, we’re looking for someone with ambition, who’s motivated to work hard, exceed their targets and take advantage of the fantastic career progression opportunities we offer to our staff.

**THE ROLE**

Sales operation and administration support. The role is full-time, office-based and will be varied in nature. The role will directly support the KAMs (Key Account Managers) and also support the profitability and efficiency of the business and work to improve and strengthen all sales and administrative procedures alongside the KAMs.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Arranging relevant documentation for current Customers (New Start Forms) alongside the KAM and cascading to Heads of Departments (HODs)
- Liaising with KAMs to produce reports
- Responding to customer enquiries and preparing quotes alongside the KAMs
- Raising opportunities on CRM system and ensuring completion of these for Jour Fixe report
- Ensuring KAMs are renewing all contracts in a timely manner including producing and having all documentation ready (Proposals / Quotes / Contracts)
- Ensuring KAMs schedule implementation meetings
- Providing support to the Commercial Director and the wider business as required.
- Assisting in completion of Tenders
- Creating Agendas and minuting Sales Meetings and other meetings attended by the KAMs as required

**THE TERMS**
- Salary: £25,000
- Contract Term: Permanent
- Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
- Annual Leave: 23 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service to a maximum of 27 days).
