**Due to substantial new contract wins, we are expanding rapidly and recruiting for an Area Team Leader for within our Retail Team**

**The Role**

This will be a hybrid role, that requires an experienced window cleaner with leadership skills and experience to oversee a small team of 6 Retail operatives, as well as cleaning retail stores in Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

This position reports to the Account Director for Retail and will be assisting with quality control audits, team administration duties and achieving KPI targets for your team.

SWC are one of largest National window cleaning companies in the UK, covering everything from Retail/High street window cleaning right up to 46 story skyscrapers in the heart of London, using traditional, cradle, MEWP and abseil methods to achieve the desired results for our clients.

**Job Specification**
- Core hours of work are: 0600 - 1400 Monday to Friday,
- Employees are required to be flexible to the business needs.
- Previous window cleaning experience required
- Company van with fuel card supplied
- Must have full UK driving license
- Full Equipment and Uniform supplied

**Salary**: £27,800.00 per year
