We currently have an exciting opportunity for a new Franchisee to join our company; covering various sites within the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire & Leicestershire Areas.

This role should be viewed as a full-time position working 40 hours per week, over five days across Monday to Friday. The role is self employed working as one of our franchisees.

**The role**:

- To undertake planned work across all sites for window cleaning services. Majority of your daily work will be at domestic properties.
- To organise, schedule your workload, and keep excellent customer relations/communication with your customers.
- To ensure the delivery of your service is of the highest standard at all times.
- To ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date.
- To work in professional, respectful and proper manner that our brand expects in order to maintain the positive view of our brand.

**The person**:

- Must be enthusiastic with strong willed, work ethic & desire to succeed.
- The role of a window cleaner is physically demanding, the successful applicant will need to be fit & healthy.
- Must be prepared to work in all weather conditions. We work all year round.
- Being computer literate is advantageous however not essential as full training on our systems will be provided.
- Will be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided
- As this role will involve regular travel, you must have a full, clean drivers’ licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £33,600.00-£46,200.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
