**JOB TITLE: Billing Administrator**
**LOCATION: Glasgow**
**CONTRACT: Temporary Maternity Cover - full time**
**SALARY: Competitive**
**ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE**
This is an exciting and interesting opportunity for an enthusiastic, competent individual to join the ABM UK Glasgow Team.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Play a pivotal role in the closing of the month end billing and in the production of key accounting reports
- Assist running Reports for Senior Management Team
- Assist in raising Purchase Orders
- Assist in Weekly and monthly billing procedures.
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- A proactive approach
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy of output
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in English both written and verbal
- Flexible, able to plan, prioritise and manage workloads
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
