**VP of Technology - Climate Tech Start-Up**

This is a once in a career-time opportunity. Seriously. I'm working with a UK based Start-Up set to revolutionise the way the commercial world measures and sees climate change. Their platform lets governments, institutions, investors, banks and universitiespeer into the future. They use artificial intelligence to model the asset-value of infrastructure and property by measuring the potential impact of climate change.

Currently sitting with a team of 20, they are looking to scale rapidly over the next year and they need a dedicated, experienced and passionate VP of Technology to help them do this. They are well funded, backed and have a leadership team with fantasticexperience. Their board has a reputation of working with unicorn start-ups.

**If the following sounds like you**:

- Extensive experience in software & ML architecture with personal experience building products from early - late stage
- Prior experience in a Start-Up/Scaleup environment
- Advanced knowledge of big data and machine learning & data architectures
- Experience aligned with AWS, Postgres, Python, SQL and full-stack JavaScript development
- Managing, leading and building engineering teams whilst being responsible for entire tech P&L
- Demonstrable experience handling high ambiguity, driving clarity and solving complex technical/personal issues
