What matters to the people we support matters to us. It’s their life, their way. We are looking for a warm and friendly, person to join our brilliant team supporting two gentlemen who live in their own home in Wisbech.
You will be working in their home, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. They love to get out into the community for walks, visiting charity shops and watching films back at home.
You should be available to work a variety of shifts including long days, sleep-ins and some weekends.
So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
**Ability to commute/relocate: To PE13 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)**
