Childrens residential support worker Location: Newton House, Walpole Highway **Salary**: £21,294- £22,916 Drivers essential Hours: Full time permanent 37.5hrs Required to be available for a variety of shift patterns including sleep ins. This 6 bed residential service is home to 3 males between 11-16. These young people enjoy a variety of different activities as well as spending time listening and talking to support workers who build a trusted and reliable relationship with each of the serviceusers. There are some challenging behaviours in this service, support workers must be experienced to handle these situations and to be calm collective and understanding.
