**Let us tell a bit about the opportunity**

As a Product Owner at MotoNovo Finance, you will drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centred design approach. You will shape and manage the product road map and product backlog and ensure the product team consistently deliver on the client's needs and wants. As critical member of wider Motor Product & Proposition team, you will play an active role in collaborating, setting positive growth mindset culture and sharing of best practices.

You will validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery and engagement informs timely direction changes and operate the product team so that it is seamlessly embedded in the business, and all change is fully owned by stakeholders.

**What will your day look like?**
- You will take ownership of the business outcomes of your product area, designing roadmap, definition and prioritisation to deliver to drive the highest benefits
- Deliver compelling propositions via product features and user stories for your product area to align to the Motor roadmap and targeted outcomes
- Be commercially aware of value to customers and internal efficiency, designing solutions to maximise value for the business and for the customer
- Challenge status quo and be a driver of innovative solutions and approaches in how products deliver on targeted outcomes
- Work collaboratively with the delivery squads and stakeholders to deliver prioritised, ambitious and innovative targets, working within an agile environment alongside developers, testers, business analysts, technical experts, and market leading vendors
- Manage and own the product backlog, adapting priorities to deliver maximum business value aligning to strategy

- Expertise in developing and maintaining a product roadmap that balances short-term achievements with long-term goals
- Proven experience of working in an agile environment and in multi-disciplinary teams
- Someone who doesn’t fear uncertainty and enjoys building new structures that maximises effectiveness and outcomes.
- Confident, pro-active, self-starter with solutions focused growth mindset
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent organisational, people and planning skills with a focus on delivery
- Proven experience in strong stakeholder management across a range of audiences, from leadership to operating teams
