THE TEAM
This Technical Product Owner role is part of the Product & Support organisation at Creditsafe. We are a team of 24 located in Ireland, UK and Hyderabad. We are responsible for the Creditsafe SaaS Enterprise Platform called Accelerator that delivers a unified workspace for credit and business risk mitigation & management, KYC & compliance, and opportunity identification. All products & services we develop are part of Accelerator and must be complimentary, easy to use and well supported. We value teamwork, openness and honesty. THE ROLE
We are seeking an energetic Technical Product Owner with strong technical and UX skills and financial & business understanding to guide and support the design, development, test and release effort of KYC Protect. You will play a key role on the UX of the platform. KYC Protect is a risk and compliance solution that covers all aspects of “Know Your Customer/Supplier/Business Partner”. It includes due diligence activities to determine who and what the customer/business is, and data on what is the risk of doing business with them. There are many KYC risk types: credit, financial, legal/regulatory/sanctions, country, industry, ESG etc.. KYC Protect collects all available business data for the entity in question and relevant risk data. It also performs 3rd party screening. It interprets the data automatically and presents the results in easy to understand dashboards and reports. Customers need this service so they can safely and quickly decide who they want to do business with and what is the risk(s) of doing so. The solution provides real-time monitoring and full audit capabilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Translate business requirements into an actionable, prioritized & refined product backlog, ensuring our development teams are always working on the highest value items.
- Understand our customers’ use cases and future needs so that you can effectively communicate their challenges and goals to the development teams both verbally and via use cases with success metrics.
- Be the bridge between support and your development team(s) - handle escalations on your product from support teams. Decide if escalations are defects or enhancement requests and manage appropriately.
- Manage the release process for the customized platform.
- Drive efficiency: Practice value driven decision making. Collaborate with the Product Manager to validate designs and priority with Customers (internal and external) prior to developing. Design flexible solutions, rationalize existing services, modify, and reuse existing platform components and services when appropriate.
- Ensure the quality of your product: both in terms of robustness and user-experience. Validate acceptance criteria including:

- Lead internal beta testing
- Work with the Product Manager on customer alpha and beta programs for your product throughout the product development lifecycle
- Work with support teams throughout the world to solve customer issues and to generate real test cases and data
- Collaborate with and learn from other product managers/owners
- Be an internal and external product evangelist including:

- Create best practice enablement - documentation, videos, blogs etc.
- Share customer feedback/stories with the development teams
- Research the competition and aim to develop more valuable solutions that they offer
- Work with professional services throughout Creditsafe
