£20- £23k basic 29k OTE

Our client is currently recruiting for a positive, enthusiastic individual to join their growing team to deliver friendly, accurate service to customers ensuring their experience is great from start to finish.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Making pre-calls to ensure customers are aware of upcoming appointments
- Making post calls to ensure customers had an exceptional guest experience
- Organising alternative vehicles and pick-up for customers
- Completing the required administration of each service visit including accurate invoicing
- Promoting our products and services to our customers as best suits their needs
- Achieving industry-leading standards of service and operational excellence
- Maintaining showroom standards including points of sale and customer displays
- Be able to manage time effectively to ensure all deadlines are met
- Be highly focused, confident, and have a positive attitude
- Have the ability to multi-task, this is essential to the role as it is very busy with deadlines to be met
- Be customer focused
- Have a desire to learn and develop
