If so our Customer Service Advisor position may be the right position for you

**Working days & hours**:
Monday to Thursday - 12:30pm - 5:30pm

20hrs per week with possible overtime available

**Duties for our Customer Service Advisor include but are not limited to**:
Joining our small but face paced office, you would be responsible for the following duties
- Answer incoming calls from external parties and responding accordingly
- Diary management for Technicians including appointment booking
- Taking card payments
- Outbound calls to contracts
- Outbound calls to generate new business
- Sending appointment reminders and feedback requests
- General admin duties

**We provide our customer service advisors with**:

- At Least the REAL living wage salary (Currently £9.90, due to increase to £10.90 shortly) - reviewed annually

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week, with overtime available
