Working for a reputable & well-established company, we are now seeking a proven Administrator with good service and organisational skills, to join our existing team working as a Sales Support Administrator, providing support to the service and repair departmentwithin a busy office environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and we are offering a salary of up to £23k. This is an excellent role for someone looking to build upon their existing administration and customer service experience gained froman office based role.
We deal with luxury products and are a recognised globally being the the only UK official service centre authorised to repair your goods under the manufactures warranty. The successful sales administrator will be responsible for the following:
Assist sales office manager in all aspects of their role
Computer record maintenance on Item Descriptions
Computerised Stock Management and Monitoring
Control & Monitor of stock levels.
Ensuring in time delivery from suppliers
Ensuring in time delivery to retailers
Liaison with Account Managers on day to day basis to assist with sales order processing, client liaison and logistics to ensure customer goods are processed and dispatched accurately and on time.
Liaison with Section Supervisor on day to day basis
Liaison with Sales Coordinator/Customers/Suppliers to maximise sales
Liaison with Sales Director and Brand Managers to maximise sales
Management of processing of Sales Independent & Multiple Accounts
Problem solving
Accurate picking of orders
Processing Orders/credit notes when necessary, including production of documentation to accompany stock with a high level of accuracy
