This is a pivotal role for the client in assisting them to communicate with their end users. As a crucial part of the Operations Team you will be assisting in linking up all the customer affecting activity across the business. You will be energized by working at pace and with competing deadlines, whilst communicating effectively across teams to ensure a superior service at all times.

Duties include
- Communication to end users with critical information.
- Identifying the need for additional support to students
- Review high volumes of consumer data
- Support Marketing in processing campaigns
