This Senior Mechanical Engineer post will see you working specifically in the Water team on a wide range of AMP7 projects.
This consultancy has won a significant number of schemes on this framework and you will be joining a large and capable team at a fantastic time.
You will be joining as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and there is scope for someone to join as a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join their Leeds office.
The projects you will be involved with are spread across the field of water and wastewater infrastructure, both new build and also refurbishment.
They are looking for someone who is degree qualified in mechanical or water engineering and ideally Chartered. Due to the level of the post, you will need to have knowledge of the UK water/wastewater industry and be keen to get involved with developing yourselfas a future business leader.
From the start you will be leading and actively contributing to a range of feasibility, outline and detailed design projects. This will also include developing fee bids and design management of D&B schemes. You'll be in the full management role that will seeyou looking after a team and helping to develop the practices own tools, procedures and service offerings.
Package wise, they have one of the best in the business, not just Leeds, and are also happy to look at flexible working arrangements rather than the usual 9-5, full time office working or 37.5 hour weeks.
