Warehouse Co-ordinator

Xpert Professional are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Warehouse Co-ordinator to join our UK based team in our warehouse in Altrincham. You will work closely with the Sales, Customer Service and Transport team.

The aim of this role is to provide comprehensive and administrative support to the Operation Manager to ensure a smooth run operation day to day.

Our Warehouse is currently in the set-up stage and this role will play an integral part in this set up. **This role is for someone who wants the next step in their career.**

You will report directly to the Operations Manager.

**General duties include**:

- Provide administrative support to our UK and Irish Businesses
- Ensure orders are completed and dispatched daily.
- Reports as required daily KPI’s inventory report’s UK
- Inventory analysis across our businesses
- Ensure SLAs are met.
- Scheduling furniture deliveries as per customers requests
- Provide cover for Warehouse floor when required i.e. holiday cover
- Work closely with Operation Manager on writing up and introducing SOP’s and ensure followed.
- Other duties as assigned by the operations manager

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to work in a fast pasted environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient Microsoft knowledge
- Good planning and organising skills
- 5 years’ experience within a FMCG environment
- Team player
