The key focus of this Recruitment Advisor role is to provide a full 360 recruitment service to your key stakeholders - with a big focus on stakeholder management and collaboration. Skilled at building relationships you will embrace the stakeholder consultationand engagement this role offers.

As the Recruitment Advisor you will work autonomously.

Resourcing Advisor / Recruitment Advisor - Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with stakeholders to fully understand the resourcing needs of their areas - both current and future
- Manage the process from start to finish, ensuring job briefs are in line with the business / functional needs, individuals are recruited within the timeframes specified
- Advise and decide on the most appropriate recruitment solution for positions
- Build effective pipelines
- Discuss and agree with stakeholders the most effective sourcing strategies
- Create and manage direct sourcing campaigns
- Manage recruitmentfrom interview to offer stage
- This is a hands-on recruitment role where your expertise and involvement will be key in the selection process

Resourcing Advisor / Recruitment Advisor
- Key Skills and Experience
- Experience of a fast moving & high volumeenvironment would be advantageous.
- Need a high attention to detail with a disciplined approach
- Able to build relationships within a professional services culture
