My client is a leading global law firm, with an exceptional reputation in the UK for its Real Estate and Corporate work, are now looking for a Senior Legal Recruitment Advisor to join their wider Recruitment team. The role can be based in Birmingham, Manchester or London and does require some weekly travel.The Senior Legal Recruitment Advisor will provide support across Lateral Recruitment for Fee Earner roles, at all levels, across various practice groups. Working closely with the wider recruitment team and building strong relationships with stakeholders.The key duties will include:Working in collaboration with the Senior Recruitment Manager for Legal recruitment and the wider Recruitment teamPartnering with recruitment agents, to ensure the timely co-ordination of all interviews for Legal roles, ensuring rooms are booked and Zoom details are set up and provided for those joining virtuallyDirect sourcing candidates using various methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter and networkingMarket mapping and sharing data with Hiring ManagersWorking closely with the Hiring Managers understanding recruitment needs and advising on best practiceOffering direct candidates a high level of service and ensuring a smooth recruitment process Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and candidatesThe Senior Legal Recruitment Advisor will ideally have previous legal recruitment experience or similar. They must be confident yet discreet and have excellent communication skills across all levels of the firm. The right candidate will have flexibility with work hours with advanced proficiency in Microsoft and legal recruitment systems, strong data and reporting skills and previous legal recruitment experience are desirable but not essential.
