**An Exciting opportunity has arisen at Boden Fire and Security for an Administrator to join the team at Head Office. Become a valued member of our team, working in a friendly and fast paced office environment.**

**MAIN DUTIES**:

- Answer the telephone and deal with internal/external queries for Boden Fire & Security.
- Take deliveries and deal with visitors.
- General administration support to the Fire & Security department.
- Ensure cover for Contracts co-ordinator when required.
- Inputting and processing of data
- Raising and closing down of reactive, remedial and servicing worksheets
- Assisting the administrative team in the delivery of small project works paperwork
- Answering the telephone
- Dealing with internal/external queries
- Assisting the projects team with administrative tasks
- Stock taking
- Procument of office equipment such as stationary
- Maintaining calibration records
- Responsibility of Company Employee ID cards
- Ensuring all employees have been issued with a card and that they remain within date, re-issuing as needed

**Required Skills and Abilities**:
Essential:

- High level of computer literateacy
- Be able to work on own initiative
- Ability to prioritise workload, delivering completed tasks in a timely manner
- Excellent telephone manner
- Administration experience
- Organised and responsive to changing priorities and schedules

Desirable:

- Experience in a similar role within a fast paced industry

Personal Qualities and Attributes:
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
