**Boden deliver facilities maintenance, fire and security services and project works to the Ministry of Defence and commercial clients at multiple sites across the South West and South East.**

We’re seeking a confident and proactive Administrator who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys keeping things running efficiently.

**Main Duties of the role**:

- Accurately create, update, and maintain records in software systems, databases, and filing systems.
- Serve as a first point of contact for client enquiries and service requests, managing responses efficiently and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with the supply chain team by obtaining quotes, tracking orders, resolving issues, and ensuring timely order placement.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as needed to support operational objectives.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed, maintaining high standards of compliance across all activities.
- Where necessary monitor and track security clearances or ID card expiry dates.
- Liaise with various departments to deliver administrative assistance to support their needs.
- Work collaboratively with all departments across the business.

**Required Skills and Abilities**:

- Previous administration experience in a similar environment.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
