**Who are we?**

We’re Domestic & General, the appliance care experts. We look after the things people rely on every day to keep their homes running. To make this happen, we need the very best customer sales and service agents in our contact centre operations, who support our customers all year round.

This is where you come in as a Talent Acquisition (TA) Assessment Specialist, ensuring the TA team are supported to deliver the full journey for our agent hires.

- Through hybrid working and embracing digital technology, we have enabled greater flexibility in how and where we work. Our everyday flexibility approach means we don’t mandate office days, instead we ask that if and when you attend the office, it’s with purpose to collaborate and support colleagues and stakeholders.
- If you live within a commutable distance from one of our state-of-the-art working environments you’ll be working side by side with our TA team and wider People Team, who mostly work out of Nottingham and Wimbledon.
