They are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who is confident dealing with customers and colleagues. There is also an option to buy / sell holiday. - Cycle to Work Scheme - Free fruit boxes and lots, lots more Complaints Officer - The Role: - Deal with the logging of incoming complaints - Acknowledge complaints - Thoroughly investigate and correctly complaints using the current documentation and in accordance with procedures - Ensure fair customer outcomes and treat customer fairly - Provide recommendations for the resolution of the complaint and draft response - Identify and escalate systemic issues - Maintain spreadsheets and audit trails - A methodical, logical approach with a keen eye for detail - The ability to work to deadlines and to maintain the quality of results whilst under pressure - The ability to solve problems - The ability to prioritise workloads - Self-motivation and be able to demonstrate a positive and "can-do" attitude - IT skills and experience including Word, Excel, Outlook
