Job title: Housing Support Worker - Office Based Location: Derby Contract: Temporary - 6 Months Working Hours: 37hours Monday - Friday (Full time/Part time available) Our client is a charity based social enterprise with the value of putting "people first" and changing the society for better. They are seekingfor an experienced Housing Support Worker that will be office based to support their vision in Derby. What the role involves: " Work with people offering supported opportunities for them to improve their quality of life, develop their skills and make decisions about their future " Liaise with referral teams/agencies regarding vacancies and referrals " To provide practical support and guidance with their housing benefits " Ensuring residence live in a secure and safe home environment " Ensuring all means of paperwork is submitted on a timely manner " Creating pathways for new opportunities for the community and achieving the aims of the people's welfare and wellbeing.
