**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Manage and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and office supply management.
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment to promote productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Making Sales Calls when required
- Meeting with clients by being part of sales team to get new contracts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Sales Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
