Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**
- Accounting and book keeping procedures
- Sending out Accounts Payable invoices to third parties via Quickbooks
- Updating records with Accounts Receivable data; and pursuing unpaid invoices with third parties
- Entering new jobs
- Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings/appointments etc.
- Placing orders, arranging post and deliveries
- Typing up letters, health and safety documents and assisting with reports
- Creating and maintaining filing systems
- Printing, photocopying and filing
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Enter time sheets
- Assist Director with production of documents/reports
- Coordinate reporting by site managers
- You will report directly to our Director
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
**Requirements**:
- Preferable experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Preferable experience in Quickbooks & accounts
- Excellent English, both oral and written
- Excelled IT skills Using various computers packages, including Apple products
- This position requires someone who is very organised, has very good verbal communication skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel & Word.
- BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
- Start date
- ASAP
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
