**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Create compelling copy for various digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project management and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise strategies for better results.
- Maintain organised records of marketing activities and project timelines using tools such as Excel.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing goals and objectives.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of B2B strategies.
- Proficiency in copywriting with excellent command of English language skills.
- Experience in social media management across various platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Familiarity with project management tools to streamline workflow processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

Pay: £20,415.00-£31,252.00 per year
