**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organised
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist in computerising information and maintaining digital records
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Typing correspondence and reports as required

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using various office equipment and computer software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
