**Responsibilities**:
- **Reception Duties**:Greet clients and visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- **Administrative Support**:Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and filing.
- **Scheduling**:Manage meeting room bookings and assist with coordinating appointments for the team.
- **Client Interaction**:Ensure all clients receive a warm welcome and maintain a professional atmosphere in the office.
- **Mail Handling**:Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
- **Office Support**:Assist with maintaining office supplies and ensuring the reception area is always presentable.
- Complete other ad hoc duties as required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
Hours: 31-34 hours per week, worked over 4 days, core hours of 8.30am - 4pm.
Location: Based from our Derby office in Little Eaton DE21 5EL.
- **This is a Temporary Contract, Maternity Cover, expected to last 9 months. **_
