**Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experience?**
**Do you have experience working on a busy service desk?**
We have an opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a leading national organisation.

You will be responsible for:

- Configuring and troubleshooting support issues
- Escalating problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced support analyst.
- Identifying and learning appropriate software and hardware
- Work in accordance with ITIL processes and procedures

Technical skills required
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of hardware knowledge of PCs, peripherals, iPads/devices
- An outstanding customer service ethos and able to demonstrate such through examples.
- Office 365 support

Hours - 35 hours per week, you will also be part of a rota covering the hours of service offered to the business.
