**Online Orders Administrator -Reporting to Online and Plants Assistant Manager**

**Responsibilities**
- To ensure all customer orders are processed for the relevant day of despatch
- To ensure all customer address labels are printed accurately and in a timely manner
- To ensure all requests from client customer service centres are dealt with professionally
- To work within the guidelines of the Data Protection Act
- To maintain accurate computerised records of production planning
- To communicate accurate daily despatch information to internal and external customers
- To work positively and respectfully with colleagues in all departments.
- To identify opportunities for improvement in all areas of Back Office operations and to work with colleagues to implement all such opportunities
- Comply with the Company rules and regulations as detailed within the Company Handbook

**Knowledge and Skills**

**Essential skills**
- Experienced inoffice environment, working with basic programs of MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Good organizationalskills
- Customer service experience
- English level advanced

**Desirable skills**
- Experience with Expression
- Previous Online plants/flower experience

**Other Considerations**

Core Working Hours: 4 on / 4 off, 08:00 20:00

Salary scale: £10.20 per hour, overtime after 42.5 hours +25%, contributory pension scheme

Annual leave: 19 days including bank holidays

Other Benefits: Death in Service, Critical Illness Cover
