We have an exciting new opportunity for a Selection and Outreach Co-ordinator to join the Rhodes Trust.

**The Rhodes Trust is an educational charity which offers Rhodes Scholarships to exceptional students from around the world to come and study at the University of Oxford. **The role**

The Selection and Outreach Co-ordinator is a key role within the Selection and Outreach function of the Rhodes Trust. Selection and outreach for the Rhodes Scholarships encompasses the following core areas and the coordinator will work across each of them:

- Supporting the annual applicant and selection round
- Launching new Rhodes Constituencies
- Underpinning current Rhodes Constituencies
- Data capture, analysis and visualisation
- Outreach - increasing the reach and awareness of the Rhodes Scholarships globally

This role will be predominantly based at Rhodes House in Oxford, with the opportunity for hybrid working as agreed with your line manager.

**Essential skills, experience and qualifications**:

- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with a high attention to detail and an ability to prioritise and plan ahead to deliver work in (or ahead of) time, according to an annual cycle.
- A desire to improve processes year-on-year and to find ways of working that ease and facilitate the work of volunteer selectors.
- An ability to manage projects - to co-ordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously and involve relevant staff and volunteers at appropriate times.
- Experience of accurate data entry and record maintenance; competency in creating and running reports from a database.
- A team player with a positive approach to new challenges, quick to learn, and a willingness to find / adopt new approaches to complete tasks in the interests of efficiency or because of changing requirements.
- Service-oriented with the flexibility to be able to converse and work easily with a large variety of stakeholders across the globe.
- Excellent technical skills, with an ability to troubleshoot and problem solve across key digital platforms.
- An expert user of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with a degree of literacy in content management systems (CMS), producing externally facing online content and using social media tools.
- Sensitivity and discretion in dealing with a wide range of people on many different issues; the ability to handle personal information with an awareness of data protection requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Desirable skills and experience**
- Experience of working with Salesforce.
- Experience of working with people from a variety of international backgrounds would be beneficial to the role.
- Ability to use Adobe Pro to a good standard.
- Educated to BA level or equivalent.
