If you thrive on the feeling like YOU’RE personally growing as a company grows, and want to feel like your work matters, read on ===================== **THE ROLE - MISSION** - "To coach with energy and care, lead the team by example, and keep clients feeling supported, seen, and on track — so they stay longer, progress faster, and love being part of our gym._ - You’ll lead the coaching team, own client results and engagement, and drive our coaching culture and retention systems forward._ - “You’ll report to the GM (Client Success & Ops Mgr) and be responsible for managing, developing, and holding the coaching team to high standards.”_ ===================== **THE ROLE - RESPSONSIBILITIES** - Deliver high-quality group coaching sessions (Large Group PT and Small Group Strength) - **Lead, manage, and develop the coaching team** — including regular 1:1s, session standards, performance feedback, and team energy - Drive client retention through consistent PRs, check-ins, and relationship-building - Own the client coaching experience: ensure sessions are consistent, on-brand, and progressing members - Collect client feedback regularly and use it to improve delivery - Help create and deliver internal events, challenges, and experiences that build connection and culture - Maintain team engagement & camaraderie, along with standards, and energy across coaching, comms, and culture ===================== **THE ROLE - REGULAR DUTIES** - Coach group sessions each week (LGPT and Small Group Strength formats) - Deliver PRs (Progress Reviews) and check-ins with new and long-term members - Send client support messages based on attendance, PRs, and program phase - Hold monthly 1:1s with each coach and conduct quarterly performance evaluations - Provide coaching feedback after session observations or reviews - Support the planning and delivery of member events and community socials - Help run member challenges and team-led initiatives - Build long-term relationships with members through visibility and care - Track client engagement via attendance/CRM and take action where needed - Actively engage in team comms channels, with encouragement, reminders, and energy =================== **REQUIREMENTS (YOUR skills & competencies)** - Ideally Level 3 PT qualified AND experienced - Coaching excellence - high energy, adaptable, safe, and engaging - Coaching presence - can command a room, shift energy, and create trus - Leadership - leads by example, supports growth, addresses underperformance - Client retention - understands how to keep members progressing and engaged - Communication - open, clear, constructive, and warm - Team development - mentors effectively, provides meaningful feedback - Emotional intelligence - supports both clients and coaches with empathy ======================== **THE ROLE - REQUIREMENTS (YOUR traits)** - Likes structure but isn’t rigid - Can switch between coaching mode and leadership mode when needed - Deeply invested in member results and community - Open, emotionally intelligent communicator - Calm under pressure and solution-focused - Values feedback and ongoing improvement - Fun, motivating, and brings good energy to the room ======================== **OH, AND YOU'LL ALSO NEED....** - ..
