You will partner closely with Product, Delivery, and Executive teams to enable clarity, create rhythm, and operationalize excellence across our product organization. This is a high‑impact, highly visible leadership role with the mandate to shape how we deliver value to customers and scale our business.This role is remote within the UK, Spain or Portugal.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Enablement:Define and execute the Product Operations charter to bring clarity, accountability, and rhythm to the product organization.Data Insight & Enablement:Establisha robust data foundation,designand implement KPIs, and leverage dashboards to drive insight and inform decisions at all levels.Operating Rhythm & Governance:Develop and standardize operating cadences, feedback loops, and governance models to ensure consistent delivery and continuous improvement.Process Leadership:Lead the design and rollout of product processes and systems, including discovery, launch, and end‑of‑life, ensuring seamless integration with PM and delivery teams.Innovation & Piloting:Pilot new frameworks and tools, such as product board usage models and beta/early adopter programs, to accelerate innovation and adoption.Cross‑Functional Collaboration:Act as a key partner to Product Management, Product Marketing, and Data teams, ensuring alignment and clarity on roles, responsibilities, and engagement models.WhatYou’llAchieveBuild and scalea data‑driven product operations function from the ground up.Define and implement KPIs and reporting cadences that drive accountability and transparency.Lead the operationalization of excellence through standardized processes and continuous feedback.Shape the future of product delivery by piloting and scaling innovative programs and tools.What’s Not IncludedDirect coaching or training of Product Managers (this is the responsibility of their managers).Representingproduct at stakeholder meetings (handled by PM leadership).QualificationsAbout YouProven experience in senior product operations, product management, or related leadership roles.Strongtrack recordof building and scaling operational frameworks in complex, fast‑paced environments.Deepexpertisein data‑driven decision‑making, process optimization, and cross‑functional leadership.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management,and changeleadership skills.Passion for operational excellence anda growthmindset.You will also embody and promote our SaaSbehaviours:One Team– You foster collaboration and shared accountability across functionsCustomer Centricity– Youprioritisecustomer outcomes in every decisionContinual Learning– You embrace curiosity and growthStandardisedScalability– You build repeatable, scalable processesOngoing Innovation– You drive continuous improvement and experimentationData‑Informed– You make decisions grounded in insights and analyticsAs a leader at Unit4, you will:Lead with authenticity and integrityEmbrace constructive conflict and diverse perspectivesDeliver sustainable value through collaborationChampion customer experience in every decisionInspire accountability and empower others to growAdditional InformationWho we areWe are a people‑first community that nurtures all the areas that surround your working experience.
