Job Description

As a Head of Product Operations, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and scalable product processes. You will partner closely with Product, Delivery, and Executive teams to enable clarity, create rhythm, and operationalize excellence across our product organization. This is a high-impact, highly visible leadership role with the mandate to shape how we deliver value to customers and scale our business. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Strategic Enablement: Define and execute the Product Operations charter to bring clarity, accountability, and rhythm to the product organization.  
  • Data Insight & Enablement: Establish a robust data foundation, design and implement KPIs, and leverage dashboards to drive insight and inform decisions at all levels.  
  • Operating Rhythm & Governance: Develop and standardize operating cadences, feedback loops, and governance models to ensure consistent delivery and continuous improvement. 
  • Process Leadership: Lead the design and rollout of product processes and systems, including discovery, launch, and end-of-life, ensuring seamless integration with PM and delivery teams.  
  • Innovation & Piloting: Pilot new frameworks and tools, such as product board usage models and beta/early adopter programs, to accelerate innovation and adoption. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key partner to Product Management, Product Marketing, and Data teams, ensuring alignment and clarity on roles, responsibilities, and engagement models.  

What You'll Achieve 

  • Build and scale a data-driven product operations function from the ground up. 
  • Define and implement KPIs and reporting cadences that drive accountability and transparency. 
  • Lead the operationalization of excellence through standardized processes and continuous feedback. 
  • Shape the future of product delivery by piloting and scaling innovative programs and tools.  

What's Not Included 

  • Direct coaching or training of Product Managers (this is the responsibility of their managers). 
  • Representing product at stakeholder meetings (handled by PM leadership). 
Qualifications

About You 

  • Proven experience in senior product operations, product management, or related leadership roles. 
  • Strong track record of building and scaling operational frameworks in complex, fast-paced environments. 
  • Deep expertise in data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership. 
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills. 
  • Passion for operational excellence and a growth mindset.
