We have a fantastic opportunity for a
Head of Food and Beverage to join us at Nidd Hall Hotel
What will I be doing?
As the Head of Food and Beverage at Nidd Hall, you will be responsible for the
smooth running of multiple restaurants, kitchens, and bars. Leading and
inspiring a diverse and multi-skilled team of up to 100. Working
closely with the Head Chef and the Food and Beverage Managers you will
ensure that both departments work in harmony, by bringing the team together to
drive the business forward from both a teamwork and customer service
perspective. Dining is a very important part of
our guests’ experience when staying at Warner. As the Head of Hospitality, you
are part of a passionate team, working within our modern food and beverage
facilities.
Where will I be working?
Set within magnificent grounds, Nidd
Hall Hotel is part of the Warner Hotels Group. This beautiful, 193-bedroom hotel
is found in 45 acres of award-winning gardens. You can cast a rod on our
fishing lake and overlook the Yorkshire countryside.

What skills do I need?
Experience of managing a
multifaceted department.
Must have had
responsibility for managing a P&L and the ability to manage costs in
line with budgets.
Can create an environment
where the team are able to grow and develop.
Effective communicator with
the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
