- Stay current with industry trends and advancements.

**Requirements**:

- **Occupational Knowledge**: Must have verifiable knowledge of construction management at or above the level being taught.
- **Qualifications**: Must hold a recognised teaching/training or assessor qualification.
- **Industry Best Practices**: Must keep up to date with industry best practices throughout the duration of their role.
- **Continuous Personal Development**: Must maintain a record of Continuous Personal Development (CPD).
- **CV**: Must hold an up-to-date CV.
