Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions in Construction Management.
  • Ensure course content meets the occupational standards at or above the level being taught.
  • Incorporate industry best practices into teaching materials and methods.
  • Maintain and update personal Continuous Personal Development (CPD) records.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Requirements:

  • Occupational Knowledge: Must have verifiable knowledge of construction management at or above the level being taught.
  • Qualifications: Must hold a recognised teaching/training or assessor qualification.
  • Industry Best Practices: Must keep up to date with industry best practices throughout the duration of their role.
  • Continuous Personal Development: Must maintain a record of Continuous Personal Development (CPD).
  • CV: Must hold an up-to-date CV.
