Planning Administrator

Working with a family-run business in the outskirts of the New Forest to find a meticulous Planning Administrator to be based in the town of Ringwood. The business is in a position of growth and are looking to support the Geographic area and the InstallationManager in the effective scheduling, delivering, and servicing of installations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Communicating with customers on the process of the installation. For example:
- Pre call to check the customer is all ready for the installation
- Booking and arranging the installations
- Advising of an expected delivery date
- Aftercare calls to the customer.
You will also be required to:
- Manage the schedules of 6-8 Installation teams from new installations, outstanding work, and remedial visits.
- Liaise with the installation and warehouse teams to check for paperwork and parts.
- Take inbound customer service enquires
- Deal with any front-end complaints
- Be able to write letters and have knowledge of word and excel.
- Record and raise service calls, place orders for any parts and book the service visit.
- Arrange weekly meetings with the planning manager.
- Report the activity and status of each installation and service.
This is a heavy administration role which will need good attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30 with 1 hour for lunch.
