Our client is recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join a busy and dynamic team responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to scheme members and penson policy holders. This role is based in the Chichester or Edinburgh area owever, this is a work from home position. following an initial extensive training period which will equip you with all relevant skills necessary to perform your role. **What does the day to day look like?** - Communicating with customers through inbound phone calls - Ensuring all aspects of a customer's enquiry are resolved. - Update the system to reflect the changes to relevant policies/documents - Collaborate with your colleagues to contribute to a culture of a "great place to work". - You strive to deliver the best customer service possible, trying to solve customer queries during the call **Are you who we are looking for?** - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to understand customer needs and provide the correct solution - High level of interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate across the internal and external customer group - You are an excellent listener - Can handle professionally a customer complaint and know how to defuse the situation
