**Job Title**: Hygiene Team Leader

**Reporting to**:Hygiene Manager

Panificio Italiano is an independent bakery in Iver, Buckinghamshire. It is a new state of art purpose built automated bakery. We bake quality products ranging from traditional recipes to new speciality breads.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Duties would include, but are not limited to:

- Monitoring and ensuring that all cleaning and Hygiene rules are followed
- Supervise the cleaning staff
- Monitoring regular cleaning activities of Bakery, and offices.
- Training the cleaning staff on efficient cleaning procedures, SOP, chemical storage & handling, safety etc.
- Inspect the work area cleaned by cleaning team
- The ability to work effectively under pressure of time.
- Reporting any incidents or environmental concerns to your manager.
- Reporting sight of any pests to your manager.
- Any other task as deemed necessary directed Manager.

**Requirements and Critical skills**
- Proven working experience as a Supervisor/Assistant Hygiene Manager.
- Good level of English with good communication skills.
- Good organisational, time management skills.
- Good team player but able to work individually.
- Be aware of Company standards, expectations and treat others with dignity and respect.
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Expected to work across a variety of environments and you will be provided with PPE.
- The role is ideal for someone with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.

**What can I expect?**

You will be working 6 days a week, between Monday to Sunday. The shift times will vary on a weekly basis, you can expect to work 48 hours a week.

The team is small but will need to be highly efficient to get the job done, so you can expect many demands on your time.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to follow strict Food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Ability to follow strict Health and Safety procedures.
- Good team working skills.
- Good observational skills.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
