**Are you the right person for the job?**
- A full driving licence essential with no more than 5 points as you will be required to drive a company van on occasions

**What will your role as a Maintenance Gardener / Team Leader look like?**
- Main duties will include weeding, grass and hedge cutting, edging, digging, planting and other grounds maintenance duties as and when required
- You must be able to use small petrol and battery powered machinery and comply with the company's health and safety policies in this hands-on role
- Timekeeping - ensuring jobs are carried out on time and to the correct standard
- Ensure that your team members are conducting themselves properly and working to their highest potential
- Liaising with customers
- Making sure that equipment is safe to use with a visual inspection
- To ensure that jobs are carried out safely
- Helping other staff with their jobs - answering questions they may have
- To communicate as much as possible with other staff and clients
- To give the best possible image for the company and to deliver to the best of your ability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
