Save With Solar are a small solar energy company based out of Yorkshire, operating all over the north of England. Growing rapidly in the renewable energy sector we are looking for new members to join the team and grow with the company in quick succession.
Position Summary:
Save With Solar is seeking a motivated appointment setter to join our team. As an appointment setter, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads by engaging with potential customers directly. You will play a crucial role in generating interest in solar energy and our company's offerings, paving the way for new business in the real world
This role is an amazing opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales and earn whilst doing it with major progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Canvassing in designated neighbourhoods to generate leads and set appointments.
Engage with homeowners in a friendly and informative manner to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and our company's services.
Utilize persuasive communication skills to generate interest.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimise success.
Act as a brand ambassador for Save With Solar.
Qualifications/ Desirable Qualities:
No formal qualifications needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Willingness to learn about solar energy and our company's products and services.

Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a heavily performance-based compensation structure, with large earning potential through commissions.
Opportunities for career advancement into high earning direct sales roles within the company. We are growing rapidly and always prefer hiring in house so quick progression is on the table for anyone who earns it.

Pay: £28,470.00-£55,857.00 per year
