**Internal Sales Representative**
Decormax Limited are a leading national distributor of Decorative and Raw Wood Based Panel products. Due to further growth, we are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our team in our Head Office in Wakefield.
Working in this is a key telephone-based sales role, you will be responsible for specific customers within a designated delivery area and expected to build a rapport, process orders, raise quotes and manage their account on a day to day basis whilst upholding our reputation for excellent customer service.
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager and Internal Sales Office Manager, we’ll also expect you to actively look for and convert any opportunities for up-selling and new product placement within these customers.
- Be able to inspire confidence and trust from your first point of contact and be of smart appearance upholding our company image
- Have a professional approach to all aspects of themselves and always have a positive attitude
- Have the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with customers, whilst planning and prioritising a busy workload
- Have experience of customer relations and or business development and be comfortable dealing with budget holders and decision makers. Demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels towards both customers and colleagues.
- Sage 50 Experience advantageous but not essential

Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday - 8.00 - 17.00
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
- Quarterly bonus
