**Position: Solar Sales and Heat Pumps Representative**

**Work Arrangement: In-House with Future Remote Opportunities**

**Summary**:
Join us in a full-time role with a competitive commission structure to be discussed. Initially office-based, this position offers the potential for remote work. There is no travel required, as customer consultations will be conducted via Google Meet. Enjoy an average of £250 per sale, with a retainer of £1,250 per month. Full training will be provided.

We are looking for a motivated Solar Sales and Heat Pumps Representative to join our dynamic team and help promote the adoption of solar technology and heat pumps in UK households.

**Position Overview**:
In this role, you will engage with our warm leads, conduct online consultations, and guide clients through our efficient sales process. We take pride in generating reliable leads—no cold calling is required

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Educate clients on the advantages of solar energy and heat pump solutions.
- Conduct online consultations and present customized product options.
- Sell a variety of products, including:

- Solar PV systems
- Solar PV upgrades
- Battery storage solutions
- Air source heat pumps

**Compensation**:
Benefit from a robust commission structure, earning £250 upon successful installation and customer sign-off. Your earning potential is unlimited, with on-target earnings expected to range from £36,000 to £60,000 based on your performance and sales volume.

We are seeking individuals who are:

- Confident communicators and presenters, comfortable engaging with customers via Google Meet to guide them through the technical survey process.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Professional in appearance and conduct.
- Experienced in sales, with a proven track record of success.
