As a Call Centre Agent you will be selling holidays to our customers and providing excellent customer service based at our Rotherham office, post code S60 2XR.

**What will I do as a Call Centre Agent?**
- Dealing with both inbound & outbound calls to customers discussing their travel plans and sell the perfect holiday package to suit the customers wants and needs.
- Consistently demonstrate a strong focus and drive to achieve targets within agreed deadlines.
- Work as part of the sales team as well as working independently to handle and manage workloads.
- Demonstrate up to date product and brand knowledge while having in depth knowledge relating to our portfolio of destinations and supplier products
- Achieve and exceed company, team and individual objectives relating to sales targets
- This role requires a minimum requirement of 2 year’s experience in a call centre/customer service environment.

**How much will I be paid as a Call Centre Agent?**

£20,500.00 per year plus uncapped commission.

**As a Call Centre Agent what hours will I be working?**

Rotational hours between 9am-8pm Monday-Friday, Sat & Sun 9am-5pm
