within SSCL working on exciting projects. Working for our Construction Industry
Training Board (CITB). Responsible for core administrative, operational and/or
technical activities within a section or department. This may also involve
responding to routine queries, issues or circumstances, and referring any
unusual or non-routine situations to others

We offer a hybrid working pattern whereby you can work from
our York site for 2 days a week and 3 days from home.

**What you'll be doing**:
Dealing with enquiries whether that is making calls,
transactions.
Carry out administrative work to the highest quality with
attention to detail
Resolve queries, raise as necessary and log if appropriate
To schedule and prioritise allocated work daily
Support clients with their enquiries surrounding Grants and
Levy’s
Maintain and update information held on a data base or
manually
Support line management on any additional admin when
required
**What you’ll bring**:
Customer service or administrative experience, whether face
to face or virtual
Articulate and able to maintain good relationships with
colleagues and clients
Delivers a high-quality customer service in a professional
manner, creating trust and confidence
Excellent communicator
constantly display commitment and flexibility
**It would be great if you had**:
Administration experience
Working knowledge of MS packages
