Meter Reading Team Leader

We are looking for a Meter Reading Team Leader to run our hard working and friendly Poole team to obtain and verify water meter readings for Bristol Water and Wessex Water.

**What you'll do**:
We are looking for a leader to manage a hardworking and friendly field-based team of up to 12 meter readers working predominantly within the Poole area. Your main base will be our Corfe Mullen office however there is also an opportunity to work from our other office locations if this is better for you. Your team are responsible for obtaining and verifying water meter readings for our Bristol Water and Wessex Water customers as well as commercial water retailers.

A strong customer focus is essential to ensure that we ‘WOW' our clients and customers alike. With great attention to detail and meticulous planning, you will ensure your team are engaged, developed and supported to achieve their productivity expectations and deliver for our customers. You'll spend a lot of your time out and about around the Poole area - perfect if you like variation in your working environment.

**What you'll need**:
Leading a team of meter readers working in a variety of locations, excellent personal and communication skills are essential. We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and a true passion to refine processes and gain efficiencies to improve service levels for our customers. You will also thrive on bringing fresh ideas and different perspectives to the table.

We work towards a clear set of targets, and you will support your team to achieve them. Experience working within a target-driven environment and a track record of excellent organisational skills are essential, as is a detailed knowledge of the geographical area.
